Quartix lifts recurring revenue and cash flow despite slower new customer growth

Quartix Holdings ( (GB:QTX) ) has issued an update.

Quartix Technologies reported a solid start to 2026, with annualised recurring revenue rising £1.6m in the first quarter to £38.6m on a constant-currency basis and trailing twelve‑month ARR up 12%. Net revenue retention improved to 98.1%, and although new customer acquisitions and subscriptions fell 8% and 13% year on year, the total customer and subscription bases grew 8% and 9% respectively.

Revenue and profit are tracking in line with market expectations, supported by strong free cash flow of an estimated £2.7m in Q1 and a closing cash balance of £8.2m, helped by tax timing effects. The company highlighted particularly strong growth in Italy, Spain and Germany, ongoing 4G upgrade programmes in France and the UK, and a continued focus on sales and marketing efficiency as it seeks to sustain international expansion and deliver on full‑year targets.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:QTX) stock is a Buy with a £330.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Quartix Holdings stock, see the GB:QTX Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on QTX Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, QTX is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong financial performance (notably a very low-debt balance sheet and improved profitability) and supportive valuation (low P/E with a dividend). These positives are partially offset by weak technical signals, with the stock trading below key moving averages and negative MACD indicating subdued momentum.
