Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd. has announced the successful amendment of its Articles of Association following approval at its annual general meeting and subsequent endorsement by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Quanzhou City. The changes, effective from July 16, 2024, should be noted by shareholders with the Chinese version prevailing over the English translation in case of discrepancies.
