Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:1577) has released an update.

Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of additional equity interests in a target company, which upon completion will increase their ownership stake to approximately 99.8%. The transactions are classified as discloseable and connected transactions under the applicable Listing Rules, and have received Board approval. These strategic acquisitions are set to further consolidate the financial results of the target company into Quanzhou Huixin’s consolidated financial statements.
