Mast Energy Developments PLC ( (GB:QDE) ) has provided an announcement.
Quantum Data Energy PLC has reported its six-month block listing return for Cash Warrants, confirming that no additional warrants have been exercised since early February 2026. Under the terms of its earlier equity fundraise, half of the originally issued Cash Warrants that were not exercised expired on 11 January, leaving 117.2 million warrants with a 4p exercise price outstanding.
The remaining unexercised Cash Warrants are due to expire on 11 July 2026 if not taken up, which could limit future dilution but also caps the company’s potential additional equity inflow from this instrument. Over the return period, 29.875 million prepaid warrant shares were allotted out of a 245.2 million block, leaving 215.325 million still available and bringing the company’s total shares in issue to 223.13 million at the period end.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:QDE) stock is a Hold with a £3.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Mast Energy Developments PLC stock, see the GB:QDE Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on QDE Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, QDE is a Neutral.
The score is weighed down primarily by weak financial performance (ongoing operating losses, negative operating/free cash flow, and higher leverage). Technicals add further pressure due to a strong downtrend, with only mild oversold relief. Valuation provides limited support because losses make P/E less meaningful and there is no dividend yield data.
