Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC has announced a successful preliminary settlement through its subsidiary, Clear Leisure 2017 Limited, with some defendants in the Sipiem case, acquiring the right to retain 30% of any funds collected from the case. A €700,000 settlement has been agreed upon, payable in two installments, contingent on the Venice Court of Appeal’s approval. Quantum Blockchain’s improved negotiating position strengthens its efforts to collect the remaining €5.575 million judgment plus interest and inflation adjustments from the remaining defendants.
