Quantum Battery Metals Corp. has announced a consolidation of its shares at a ratio of eight pre-consolidated shares to one post-consolidated share, aiming to reduce the total outstanding shares from 52,228,443 to approximately 6,528,555. The consolidated shares will begin trading on September 24, 2024, with a new Cusip number, although the company name and symbol will remain unchanged.
