Quantum Battery Metals Corp. is set to undergo a significant share consolidation, reducing its total outstanding shares from 52,228,443 to approximately 6,528,555 by consolidating eight pre-existing shares into one new share. This consolidation will come into effect with trading on the new basis starting September 23, 2024, while the company’s name and trading symbol will remain unchanged.
