Quantum Base Holdings Plc ( (GB:QUBE) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Quantum Base reported its first meaningful half-year revenues of £260,000 for the six months to 31 October 2025, driven by a £346,000 expansion of a contract with a major international security printer, while narrowing its operating loss to £1.41m as it continued to invest in R&D, patents and headcount to support commercial scale-up. The group strengthened its leadership with the return of founder Phillip Speed as a non-executive director, expanded its patent portfolio, enhanced its Q-ID technology and smartphone app, and increased smartphone compatibility to 170 models, positioning the business for broader adoption across security printing and brand protection markets. Post period-end, Quantum Base raised £4.26m to fund growth and secured a 15-year, £9.4m exclusive partnership with an international art registry to authenticate fine art using Q-IDs, a deal that underscores the scalability of its technology and provides a long-term, growing stream of recurring revenue as the company pursues further contracts globally and seeks to entrench its position as a new standard in product authentication.
