Quanex Building Products Corporation is set to acquire Tyman plc, with the transaction combining cash and share offerings amounting to a total value of approximately £788 million. This acquisition, recommended by both companies’ boards, is expected to create a more diversified supplier of building products, particularly across North America’s fenestration portfolio.
