Quam Plus International Financial Limited issued a profit warning, predicting a sharp decline in their pre-tax profit for the first half of 2024 to not more than HKD12 million, a significant drop from the HKD115 million recorded in the same period of the previous year. The decrease is mainly due to the one-time settlement of a loan from a connected party recognized in the past accounting period.
