Qualitas Limited has announced the appointment of Darren Joseph Steinberg as a director, effective from September 4, 2024, with official commencement on October 1, 2024. In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.19A.1, the company has provided initial disclosures indicating that Steinberg currently holds no registered or beneficial interests in any securities of the company, nor does he have interests in any related contracts.
