Qualitas Limited, a prominent Australian real estate investment manager, has announced the appointment of Mr. Darren Steinberg as an independent non-executive director. Bringing over 30 years of experience in commercial property and funds management, Steinberg’s expertise is expected to enhance the company’s board as it pursues its growth strategy. Steinberg, who has a notable career including a stint as CEO of ASX-listed Dexus, will officially join the Qualitas Board on October 1, 2024, and will be up for election at the upcoming AGM on November 29, 2024.
