Qualitas Limited has announced the retirement of Mr. Michael Schoenfeld, a long-standing Director who has been with the company since its IPO in 2021, effective 30 June 2024. His departure is recognized by the Chairman, Andrew Fairley, who lauds Schoenfeld’s considerable contributions to the firm’s growth and success, especially during the IPO. A new Non-Executive Director will be appointed to fill the vacancy left by Schoenfeld.
