Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund Units (AU:QRI) has released an update.
Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund has declared an August 2024 distribution of 1.1689 cents per unit, reflecting an annual return of 8.6% based on the net tangible assets per unit of $1.60. The Fund, managed by QRI Manager Pty Ltd and part of the Qualitas Group with A$8.9 billion of funds under management, primarily invests in secured real estate loans in Australia aiming for monthly income and capital preservation.
