Quali-Smart Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Yeung Wai Ling as an additional independent non-executive Director, effective from September 24, 2024. With over two decades of experience in the manufacturing and toys industry, Ms. Yeung’s role is to offer independent perspectives, especially as current independent directors have served for over nine years. Her initial term is for one year with a monthly director’s fee of HK$15,000, and she meets the independence criteria as per the Listing Rules.
