Quadrise Fuels International has awarded over 24 million share options to its directors and employees under various incentive plans, aimed at aligning their interests with shareholders and advancing the commercialization of the company’s technology. Key executives, including CEO Jason Miles, received substantial option grants with specific performance conditions and vesting schedules. The company now has nearly 94 million options in issue, which represents about 5.31% of its issued share capital.
