Qoria Ltd. has enhanced its data analytics and AI capabilities with the strategic acquisition of Octopus BI and has strengthened its financial position through a $30 million capital raise from institutional and sophisticated investors. The acquisition is expected to be EBITDA positive and value accretive within the first year, and Qoria plans to launch Octopus BI as Qoria Insights to tap into the K-12 education market’s growing data analytics segment. The funds raised will be allocated to the acquisition costs and for general working capital purposes.
