QMines Ltd, a Queensland-based copper and gold development company, announced the successful passage of all resolutions at their recent General Meeting. The company, which holds 100% rights to the high-grade historic Mt Chalmers copper-gold mine and rights to the Develin Creek copper-zinc deposits, aims to transition towards sustainable copper production fueled by their significant copper equivalent resources.
