QMines Ltd., a Queensland-based copper and gold development company, has issued 48,936,170 new ordinary shares at $0.047 each, now exempt from on-sale restrictions under Australian law. The company, owning 100% of the Mt Chalmers and Develin Creek projects, aims to harness these assets to advance towards sustainable production. With a recently reported resource update, QMines is focused on commercializing existing deposits and unlocking new discoveries.
