QMC Quantum Minerals has successfully completed a private placement, raising $525,000 through the issuance of 3.12 million flow-through units and 4.85 million non-flow-through units. The funds will be used for Canadian exploration expenses and general working capital, focusing on the company’s Irgon Lithium Mine. The transaction involved participation from company insiders and is exempt from minority shareholder approval.
