Qingdao Port Announces Final 2023 Dividend

Qingdao Port International Co Ltd Class H (HK:6198) has released an update.

Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 292.7 per 1,000 shares for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, to be paid on July 31, 2024. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders after a 10% withholding tax for both resident and non-resident enterprises and individuals, in accordance with PRC tax laws and international treaties. Shareholders must be on the register by June 20, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid in HKD at the prevailing exchange rate.
