The latest update is out from Quebec Silica Resources Corp. ( (TSE:QIMC) ).
Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. has intersected its third and largest hydrogen-bearing structural zone to date at the West Advocate Project in Nova Scotia, a 72-metre interval between 354 and 426 metres depth showing consistently elevated hydrogen levels. The zone includes highly sheared breccia and carbonaceous siltstone intervals, accompanied by strong pressurized formation water inflow that overflowed the borehole collar and was sampled for analysis.
This latest intersection, combined with two previously identified hydrogen-rich fault corridors higher in the same drill hole, supports the interpretation of a vertically extensive, multi-zone natural hydrogen migration system at West Advocate. With more than 220 metres of drilling remaining in the first of five planned holes for the 2026 program, the company sees growing evidence of a large, structurally controlled hydrogen system that could enhance its position in the emerging natural hydrogen exploration sector and provide further data on system scale and continuity for investors and stakeholders.
