Qilu Expressway Company Limited has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 0.15 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, to be paid on 30 August 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars at the rate of HKD 0.164459 per share, based on an exchange rate provided by the People’s Bank of China. Taxes will be applied at a rate of 10% for non-resident enterprise shareholders and 20% for resident individuals in PRC.
