Qian Hu Corporation Limited (SG:BCV) has released an update.

Qian Hu Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Ms Chew Mok Lee as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from April 1, 2024. Ms Chew will also hold key positions on the Audit and Risk Management, Remuneration, and will chair the Nominating Committee. These changes mark a re-composition of the company’s Board and Board Committees.
