QEM Limited Revises Offer and Seeks ASX Quotation

QEM Limited has updated its offering timeline and now plans to seek an official quotation for the New Options on the ASX, changing its earlier position based on shareholder feedback. The company has also extended the closing date of the offer to 18 October 2024, with a revised timetable provided. This second supplementary prospectus, which includes these changes, supersedes previous documents and has been endorsed by the company’s directors.
