QEM Limited Announces Director’s Departure and Interests

QEM Limited (AU:QEM) has released an update.

QEM Limited has issued a Final Director’s Interest Notice revealing that David Fitch ceased being a director on 27 August 2024. Before his departure, Fitch had indirect control over 44.2 million ordinary shares and significant options and performance rights through various family trusts and entities. The notice details that no new direct interests in securities were registered by the departing director.
