Qeeka Home (Cayman) Inc. has announced the appointment of Ms. SUN Jie as an executive Director, effective June 17, 2024, while Mr. GAO Wei steps down from the role but remains as a senior vice president. Ms. Sun, co-founder of the Group and wife of the CEO Mr. DENG Huajin, brings her significant experience within the company, including her previous role as senior vice president managing the supply chain division, to the Board. This change contributes to the Board’s gender diversity and complies with the relevant Listing Rules.
