QcX Gold ( (TSE:QCX) ) has shared an update.
QcX Gold has completed a large-scale, high-resolution airborne magnetic survey over its Batchawana-Olsen Project in northern Ontario, significantly improving its understanding of regional structures and lithological controls. The survey outlined multiple priority targets where magnetic contacts coincide with historical gold and copper occurrences, indicating promising but underexplored zones that will be further refined through detailed structural interpretation.
Covering 3,050 km of flight lines at 75 m spacing, the survey confirms favourable structural and lithological conditions and highlights geological continuity with Sterling Metals’ nearby Soo Copper Project, where a major copper-equivalent discovery was recently reported. By consolidating a 10,816-hectare land package on trend with historic production and adjacent to a new discovery, QcX strengthens its position in an emerging Canadian copper district and sets the stage for a follow-up exploration program integrating geophysical and historical geochemical data.
