Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC’s subsidiary, Clear Leisure 2017 Ltd, has triumphed in the Court of Appeal of Venice, upholding the previous ruling and securing €6.083 million in damages plus interest and inflation adjustments. The court confirmed the liability of Sipiem’s former directors and auditors, extending it to additional defendants, while also awarding legal expenses to the subsidiary. The ruling enhances the company’s prospects for recovering the awarded damages, which were only slightly reduced from the original amount due to a minor claim.
