Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC (QBT) has disclosed a consultancy agreement with Infusion (2009) Ltd, a company controlled by QBT’s executive chairman, Francesco Gardin. The deal, which includes Gardin’s services as chief research officer, attracts a monthly fee of £12,500 plus potential bonuses for exceptional performance. This related party transaction is deemed fair by QBT’s board, excluding Gardin, in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
