QBE Issues New Employee Incentive Securities

QBE Insurance Group Limited (AU:QBE) has released an update.

QBE Insurance Group Limited has announced the issue of 76,542 unquoted employee conditional rights under its employee incentive scheme, set to be issued on June 20, 2024. These securities are restricted from being transferred and won’t be quoted on the ASX until those restrictions are lifted. The issuance is part of the company’s efforts to engage and incentivize its workforce.
