QBE Insurance Group Limited (AU:QBE) has released an update.

Kathryn Lisson, a director at QBE Insurance Group Limited, has increased her stake in the company by purchasing 901 additional shares at $16.32 each, as per the latest director’s interest notice. The shares were acquired on-market under the Directors’ Share Acquisition Plan, raising her total holdings to 38,264 shares in the plan, alongside the 18,000 shares held through Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited.
