QANTM Intellectual Property Acquired and Delisted

Qantm Intellectual Property Ltd. (AU:QIP) has released an update.

QANTM Intellectual Property Ltd. has been acquired by Fox BidCo Pty Ltd, with shareholders receiving either cash or a mix of cash and shares in the new holding company. As a result of the acquisition, there have been significant changes to QANTM’s board of directors. The company is also proceeding with delisting from the ASX following the completion of the acquisition.
