QANTM Director Gavin Bell Sells All Shares

Qantm Intellectual Property Ltd. (AU:QIP) has released an update.

Gavin Bell, a director of QANTM Intellectual Property Limited, has fully divested his indirect holdings in the company, amounting to 64,166 shares, at a valuation of $1.817 per share. This complete disposal of shares is a consequence of the company’s acquisition by Fox BidCo Pty Ltd through a Scheme of Arrangement. There are no remaining securities held by Bell post-transaction, marking a significant change in his financial interest in the company.
