QANTM Intellectual Property Limited has announced a significant change in director Kathy Gramp’s interest in the company. As of August 19, 2024, Ms. Gramp has disposed of all 64,207 of her indirectly held shares at a price of $1.817 each, coinciding with the company’s acquisition by Fox BidCo Pty Ltd through a Scheme of Arrangement. This disposal marks a complete divestment of her stake in the company.
