Leon Allen, a director of QANTM Intellectual Property Ltd., has fully divested his interest in the company by disposing of 2,037,227 ordinary fully paid shares at $1.817 each. This significant change in director’s interest occurred as a consequence of the company’s acquisition by Fox BidCo Pty Ltd through a Scheme of Arrangement. No new securities were acquired by Allen in this transaction, effectively leaving him with no remaining shares in QANTM.
