QANTM Intellectual Property Ltd. announces plans to issue a $0.071 fully franked special dividend per share, contingent on the successful acquisition of the company by Fox BidCo Pty Ltd, managed by Adamantem Capital. Shareholders are set to receive this dividend on August 16, 2024, if the scheme, to be discussed at today’s Scheme Meeting, is effective. The proposed acquisition is part of a scheme of arrangement that will see trading of QANTM shares suspended from August 5, 2024.
