Qantas Director’s Shareholding Shifts Post-Vesting

Qantas Airways Limited (AU:QAN) has released an update.

In a recent update, Vanessa Judith Hudson, a director at Qantas Airways Limited, experienced a significant change in her shareholding. After the vesting of rights under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan and the award from the Short Term Incentive Plan, Hudson now holds an additional 255,377 restricted shares with a one-year holding lock, while 208,000 of her rights have been disposed of, with some converting to shares and the rest lapsing.
