Q Technology (Group) Co has issued a supplemental announcement to rectify errors in the board composition details previously disclosed. The company clarified the roles of Mr. Wang Jianqiang, who is not an executive Director or CEO of the company but a general manager of a subsidiary, and corrected the positions of Mr. Hu Sanmu, now listed as CEO, and Mr. Fan Fuqiang, as an executive Director.
