Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. announces a private placement to raise up to $625,000 by issuing 12.5 million units at $0.05 each. Each unit includes one non-flow-through share and half a warrant, allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.075 over two years. The funds will support mineral exploration and general working capital.
