Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. has successfully completed a flow-through private placement, issuing 9.25 million units at $0.02 each, aimed to fund mineral exploration in Quebec. The placement included finders fees with cash and warrants paid to EMD Financial, Accilent Capital Management Inc., and Roche Securities Limited. The securities are subject to a four-month hold period, post-issuance.
