Q P Group Holdings Limited has announced that all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on June 7, 2024, were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders. Key approvals included the adoption of financial statements, director re-elections, and the authorization for the company to repurchase and issue shares. The company will also pay a final dividend of HK8.0 cents per share for the year ended December 31, 2023.
