PZ Cussons PLC has announced the grant of deferred share awards to its CEO, Jonathan Myers, and CFO, Sarah Pollard, as part of the company’s Deferred Bonus Plan. Both executives received shares at no cost, with Myers awarded 282,177 shares and Pollard 146,967 shares, on September 26, 2024, in transactions conducted outside a trading venue.
