Pyrum Innovations AG has entered into a decade-long framework agreement with Continental for the supply of recovered Carbon Black from at least two of its plants, with Continental also providing end-of-life tires to Pyrum. This partnership is geared towards enhancing the sustainability of tire production, as both companies work towards integrating recycled materials, improving circularity, and advancing recycling technologies. Pyrum is also expanding its operations with a new plant in Perl-Besch, which will double its recycling capacity by the end of 2025.
