The resolutions included approvals for the issue of Consideration Shares to the Scanty Vendors, the issue of Performance Rights, the ratification of Tranche 1 Placement Shares, the approval of Tranche 2 Placement Shares, and the issue of Lead Manager Options to CPS. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor, demonstrating strong support for the company’s proposed actions.
