PVW Resources Limited has announced a successful capital raise of A$1,150,000 to fund the acquisition of Scanty Mineracao Ltda, a Brazilian company with a portfolio of rare earth element projects. This strategic move positions PVW in the growing Brazilian rare earths industry and the funds will also support exploration, assess other project opportunities, and provide working capital. A shareholders’ meeting is to be convened to address the acquisition and share placement details.
