In a unanimous vote during the Annual General Meeting on June 28, 2024, Puxing Energy Limited’s shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of board members, and the re-appointment of KPMG as the auditor. Shareholders also granted the board general mandates to deal with the company’s shares, including allotment and repurchase not exceeding specified percentages of aggregate shares in issue.
