Puxing Energy Ltd. announces a management shake-up as Mr. Wei Junyong steps down as general manager, making way for Mr. Yuan Feng to take over the role from September 13, 2024. Despite this change, Mr. Wei will maintain his position as an executive Director of the company. Mr. Yuan, with a background in engineering and experience in various leadership roles, steps into his new position without entitlement to additional remuneration as general manager.
