Pursuit Minerals Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Stephen Layton as a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 35 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets to the role. With a rich background in capital raising and corporate advisory, including a history as a market maker on the London Stock Exchange, Layton’s expertise is expected to be a valuable asset to the Company’s board. He currently also serves as a Non-Executive Director for two other ASX-listed companies.
