Purple Biotech has announced a $2.8 million registered direct offering of American Depositary Shares, with H.C. Wainwright & Co. serving as the exclusive placement agent. The funds will support the company’s oncology therapeutic candidates and general corporate needs. The offering is expected to close around December 4, 2024, pending customary conditions.
